Murat Sela

Murat Sela started his career in the cement industry as a Production Engineer in Lafarge Turkiye in 1995. He took on various positions in technical areas and as Plant Manager in Lafarge and Cimentas (Cementir) Groups in Turkiye.

In 2017, he joined OYAK Group as the General Manager of Aslan Çimento. In 2021, he started working in Lisbon as the Area Industrial Director, responsible for OYAK Cimpor Plants in Portugal and Azores. In August 2022, he was appointed as the Vice President of Industrial Activities at OYAK Cement Concrete Paper Group in Turkiye. Since September 2023, he is  General Manager at OYAK Cement Company, now a joint venture between TCC (Taiwan Cement Corporation) Global Holdings and OYAK.

He is also Vice President of Turkish Cement Manufacturers’ Association Supervisory Board.
