This website is operated by Industry Link SRL hereto also referred as the Company, a Romanian legal entity, registered at the National Trade Registry Office under no. J40/11544/2017, CUI 37914988, EUID ROONRCJ40/11544/2017. The Company provides Services and/ or Products such as Corporate Event Organizing, Consultancy Services: Sales and Business Development, Marketing Strategy, People Training, Public Relations, Publishing. All of which are referred to as “Service and/or Product” here below.
Access and use of this website are subject to the following conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing and using the Website, you accept, without limitation, these conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Industry Link SRL are replaced by the provisions of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree and accept, without limitation or qualifications, these Website terms, please leave this Website.
Please read these terms carefully. If any of these terms are found to be illegal, invalid or inapplicable, such terms will be selected and deleted from the clause concerned and the remaining terms will remain in force and continue to be binding and enforceable. Nothing in these terms is intended to affect your statutory rights.

The Website and all materials contained herein are protected by intellectual property rights.
Materials include, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and documents on the website and any other content on the website, such as photos, articles and other texts. All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in the existing design or materials on the website are either owned by us, licensed by us or we have the right to use them. The photos are property of their respective authors and are either license free/ free for use from pexels.com, unsplash.com, freeimages.com and other such websites or have been purchased by us from the authorized sellers such as istockphoto.com, gettyimages.com etc.
Except the situations expressly stated on the website, you may not copy, redistribute, republish or make available to anyone the materials on the website without permission from Industry Link SRL, obtained in writing (including, but not limited to “caching” any material and “mirroring” any material). You can distribute our blog posts and articles as well as event pages as long as you mention the source of the materials namely industrylink.eu.
You can also enable your computer to store electronically or make a transient copy of the website content, just in order to see it offline (but you can make only one copy of any such content).
Please note that Industry Link SRL will ensure and decisively impose recognition of intellectual property rights under applicable laws, suing by criminal proceedings those guilty of infringement of intellectual property.

Although Industry Link SRL makes efforts to ensure that the website is normally available 24 hours a day, access to the website may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice. Industry Link SRL is not liable for any reason if the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Industry Link SRL grants permission to use the Website in the following conditions:
– You will not interfere with or attempt to interrupt the proper operation of the Service through the use of any virus, device, information collection or transmission mechanism, software or routine, or access or attempt to gain access to any data, files, or passwords related to the Service through hacking, password or data mining, or any other means;

Industry Link SRL will cooperate with any authorities designated to enforce the law and will comply with any court judgment that ordered Industry Link SRL to reveal the identity of any person who may post or transmit any information or material of this kind on or through the Website, and
– It is prohibited to use the Website for advertising purpose or for any commercial bid / offer.
4. Revision of terms
Industry Link SRL may, at any time and without previous notice, revise these Terms by updating them. You are obliged to comply with any and all such revisions and therefore you should visit our website regularly to take notice of the updated Terms of Use.
You agree that Industry Link SRL, at its discretion, can terminate or discontinue your use of the website in case of violation of these terms. Upon suspension or termination, you must cease use of the Website and destroy any copies of its content. You will not consider Industry Link SRL liable for damages, costs, liabilities, expenses (including attorneys) and amounts for agreements related to any process, claim or action filed by a third party against us as a result of neglect, poor representation, error or omission by you or violation by your part of the Terms of Use and laws or implementing regulations.

The Internet is not a secure way of communication. E-mails can be intercepted by other people or organizations. You should not send us any information via the Website or by e-mail, especially if they contain personal information (including sensitive personal data) and / or confidential information about you or any other person, unless you agree that any such communication will be sent at your own risk and with the understanding that Industry Link SRL will not be liable for any loss that you may suffer as a result.
Industry Link SRL undertakes to respect privacy and to comply with all applicable laws regarding privacy and data protection. Any personal information you provide and that can be identified is stored securely and confidentially and is processed fairly and lawfully in accordance with this policy and the European laws under the General Data Protection Regulation.
Industry Link SRL does not collect any personal data on the website, in addition to information provided voluntarily (e.g. by using the online contact form). This information is made available to third parties such as sponsors of events and is used by Industry Link SRL only with the purpose for which it was provided.
6. Lack of guarantees
We take liberty of changing the website and its content at any given time under any given reason, without any warranty of any kind, either implied or express.
We also take the liberty of refusing access to any of our events – online or offline – without any prior notice, in which case we will refund the amount that was paid on the access ticket, if any. We do not cover or refund for any travel, accommodation, visas, vaccines or tests that are purchased in order for a delegate to attend one of our events.
7. Disclaimer
You acknowledge that using this website is your direct responsibility. Industry Link SRL is not liable for any direct or indirect damages of any nature which might result in connection with the use of this website or its content. Industry Link SRL assumes no responsibility and will not be liable for any damages or Malware that might infect your computer or other goods due to access or use of this website or downloading of any materials, data, text, video or audio files from this website.

The Website might contain links to other websites owned or operated by parties other than Industry Link SRL. Such links are provided for use only if you want it.
Industry Link SRL does not control and is not responsible for the content, the privacy, security and functionality conditions of these websites. Without limiting the information foregoing, Industry Link SRL specifically disclaims any responsibility if such websites:

– Have no commercial purpose or fit a particular purpose;

Also, Industry Link SRL does not authorize the content or any products and services provided by such websites. If you access these websites through a link, you assume a personal risk, without Industry Link SRL having granted permission in this regard.
9. Payment Methods
We aim our business solely at Corporate Clients defined as Companies (hereby named Customers), not individuals. The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods
- Payment by bank transfer
- Payment by debit/credit card, upon Order acceptance.
– Industry Link SRL also has the possibility of cashing the payment via a third party, a payment processor.
The Company reserves the right not to render services unless the price is paid. If the Customer opted for payment by the Pay Pal service or similar, payment is considered made when the message on the acceptance of the Order by the Seller is displayed on the screen, by filling in the dedicated online form and appropriate payment authorization. If the Customer does not pay, the Company reserves the right not to fulfill the accepted Order. The Customer may stop the Order and, as the case may be, may opt for another payment method.
10. Services & Prices
By Services we define Corporate Events (including but not limited to congresses, conferences, exhibitions, summits, business meetings for corporate clients), Corporate Trainings, Advisory Services for Corporate Clients. Services sold on the Website are accompanied, if applicable, by a tax invoice in accordance with the laws in force.
The Website provides information on the key features of the Services and /or Products. Prices are specified on the Website in EUR. All prices listed on the Website include VAT. Prices on third party websites may not contain the payment processing taxes or comissions.
The price of each Service is displayed on the screen when the Customer places the Order. The price which is displayed / printed on the invoice will be identical to the price listed on the Website when placing the Order. The Company reserves the right to change the prices listed on the Website, to offer new products, to create, annul or change promotional offers. The Company undertakes not to change the value of the Order after the acceptance thereof.
Customers from non-EU Member States can be subject to additional taxes or duties.
In the event of the Service becoming unavailable, postponed, annulled by Industry Link SRL Customers can use the credit for a similar cost Service. The Company does not grant refunds in cash, only credit for another Service.
Should a Customer become unavailable to use the Service contracted:
- In the case of Corporate Events the Customer may send a substitute by announcing it prior to the Service being rendered. The change needs to be announced at contact@industrylink.eu by at least 10 days before the event. Should no replacement be available the Customer acknowledges no further credit will be given.
- For all other Services the Customer and Industry Link SRL will find a case by case solution.
11. Communications
By signing up for the Corporate Events you agree that the photo, audio and video recordings that will be made during the event and which may also contain your image, will be used by the Company for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event, in audio and / or video advertising materials and / or print media (such as TV commercials, magazines) related to and / or in connection with the project and also their publication through their own communication channels (websites and social networks pages). In case you do not want to be photographed / filmed, we suggest you watch the conference online, by purchasing the specific ticket, should this be a viable option. If the online attendance is not available and you do not wish to be photographed/filmed/recorded, the Company has no option for you to attend the event.
12. Accounts
When you create an account with the Website you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
By creating an Account on our Website, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Romanian laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
