Amr Reda

With a French education, a dual Bachelor’ Degrees; in Business Administration & in Accounting, he completed his MBA from The American University in Cairo “AUC” back in 1994. 

A global citizen having travelled quite extensively around the world and participated in various local and international conferences. He worked in multi-cultural & diverse environments and in several countries. He has a special affinity to management of operations with strong values of diversity, inclusion, team building, health & safety, social responsibility and sustainability.   

Amr started his career in banking (1990) mastering the basics of operations and international trade while obtaining a credit certification (Chase credit course) through which he created the credit administration function within the bank before managing and growing a clients’ portfolio covering several economic sectors. He then switched to the industry (1995) by establishing the finance, administration and procurement functions within the 3M operations in Cairo-Egypt covering both manufacturing and trading across the multiple divisions of home care, industrial, chemical and health care. He consolidated his finance & banking experience within Citibank control function as resident vice president before unleashing his full contribution within the industry in various MNC’s, cultures and countries. 

He successfully took a leading role in 2000 transforming Heineken finance function and business operations which included 16 legal entities, 6 plants and distribution setup. As of 2006 he assumed various roles and responsibilities within the building materials segment with Lafarge Holcim group the leading global construction solution providers.  

Building on his core expertise in finance, with strong experience in banking, in managing procurement, administration and legal affairs, he swiftly moved up the ladder from CFO of Pakistan operations to regional controller for Middle East region to end up with full P&L responsibility in both Pakistan & Jordan as country CEO while serving as board member in both publicly listed companies. 

Building a dream team led to triple the company value in Pakistan through achieving a complete business transformation founded on a strong health & safety culture, open and transparent work environment with diversity & inclusion and innovation, all while focusing on stakeholders’ management, CSR and sustainability pillars. In Jordan, he managed with his team to tackle several historical challenges facing the business, from local communities, union demands, health insurance exorbitant costs, environmental compensations, idle assets, weak internal controls and weak talent pool, thus ensuring the right potential for future sustainability including a solar power plant (15 MW). 

He established his Consulting Firm in Canada early 2019 under the name of ‘Reda Management Care” to support clients around the Globe in their business transformation journeys. Through which he joined forces with Nation Builders (London based Investment Fund) as operating partner in May 2019 to transform the EGYTAS group legal entities (Egyptian Beverages co “EGYBEV” & Tasweek Distribution co.). Back to Beverages & FMCG segment, he has taken up the challenge and as CEO for the group, Deputy Chairman and Board Member of Tasweek, as of April 2020, endeavoring to reshape the strategic direction of becoming a leading beverages powerhouse with a strong, sustainable operational capabilities, starting with the basics & evolving into an inclusive culture that makes it an employer of choice with positive returns to its shareholders and all its stakeholders till May 2023. On a personal level he consulted one of the top 4 construction groups in Egypt with 17 legal entities, towards a management transformation from Sept 2022 till Dec 2023. 

Amr Reda is currently the CEO of TITAN Egypt, overseeing TITAN Egypt (Alexandria Portland Cement and Beni Suef Cement), TITAN Beton & Aggregates, and Green Alternative Energy Assets (GAEA). He joined TITAN in May 2024, bringing his extensive expertise in business transformation and operational excellence to the organization.
