ESG advisory firm Longevity Partners has unveiled the Decarbonization Dashboard, a cutting-edge tool designed to assist commercial real estate professionals and asset managers in tracking emissions and outlining decarbonization strategies for real estate portfolios. This initiative comes in response to the real estate sector’s significant carbon footprint, which accounts for approximately 40% of global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and 34% of global energy use.
The Decarbonization Dashboard offers a comprehensive suite of features, including the ability to monitor carbon emissions, optimize energy consumption, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. By integrating building performance data and energy audit results, the dashboard provides detailed decarbonization pathways at various levels, from individual assets to entire portfolios. This allows decision-makers to prioritize actions based on the potential impact on overall portfolio performance, and to identify measures with the highest return on investment.

The solution can also incorporate sensitivity to Building Performance Standards (BPS) and other risks into the client’s dashboard, empowering corporations and asset managers to comply with regulations such as CSRD, SFDR, SECR, CSDDD, and the SEC’s climate disclosure rule.
