We can enjoy coffee breaks with a buzz, so ask your venue coordinator and/or the AV responsible to add ambiance music to your set up.
Various occasions the organizers have in place for a dinner, or a cocktail to help attendees socialize, meet new contacts, deepen their existing social agenda or create new friendship over a drink. Some music could definitely add to the atmosphere, so go ahead and even hire a live band with local music.
