Mohammed Medhat Zaki brings over 17 years of experience across multiple industrial sectors, including more than 12 years dedicated to the cement industry, where he has led the development and optimization of alternative fuel systems. His work focuses on improving thermal substitution rates, enhancing operational performance, and advancing sustainable production practices within cement manufacturing.
He holds a Master’s degree (MBA) in International Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology.
Mohammed has extensive expertise in alternative fuel technologies, process optimization, operations and production management, equipment design and commissioning, green project development, and sustainability initiatives. His recent work includes implementing advanced alternative fuel systems and supporting hydrogen integration projects aimed at reducing carbon emissions while maintaining reliable kiln operation.
He is passionate about sharing practical industrial experience and promoting innovative solutions that accelerate the cement industry’s transition toward more sustainable production.
