About the Speaker

As Head of Sustainability Services for Latam, Luciana leads JLL’s regional sustainability strategy, overseeing initiatives that span the entire real estate asset lifecycle. Her focus includes energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and carbon reduction. She stays ahead of industry trends, engages stakeholders, and advises on emerging practices to help clients navigate regulations—reinforcing JLL’s leadership in sustainable real estate solutions. 

With over 26 years in the real estate and construction industry, Luciana is known for her passion, vision, and track record of results. Before her current role, she built a strong foundation in architecture, design, and project management. As Senior Business Development Manager, she increased new contracts by 20% annually and raised cross-selling initiatives from 5% to 16%, demonstrating her skill in understanding client needs and building lasting relationships. Her dedication to innovation and organizational growth enhances her approach to sustainability across the region. 

Luciana studied Architecture and Urbanism at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais in Brazil in 2001. She holds a specialization in Project Management from FGV (2012) and completed the Sustainable Real Estate program at the University of Cambridge in 2022.
