Thomas holds a PHD in process engineering of the Technical University of Clausthal / Germany.

Right after completing his degree, he started to work for Polysius. In meanwhile more than 35 years Thomas held different position inside Polysius, mainly in technical sales in pyroprocessing and grinding technologies covering cement and mining processes. Since beginning of last year he is focussing on Polysius’ portfolio for decarbonizing the cement industry.

Thomas is married, has two grown-up children and lives in Oelde, a small town close to Polysius’ headquarter in Germany.
