Claudia Albertini is CEO of Holcim Belgium. She brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the building materials industry. She previously served as CFO for Holcim’s West Europe and Asia Middle East and Africa regions, leading financial strategy and
operational performance across diverse markets.
A long-standing Holcim leader, Claudia has held senior finance and transformation roles in Switzerland, Italy, and across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. From 2023 to 2025, she also served as a Non-Executive Director for several listed companies, including Lafarge Africa Plc Nigeria, Bamburi Cement PLC Kenya, LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC and still acting as a director in LafargeHolcim Maroc. Alongside her executive responsibilities, she is a member of The Boardroom, the first private club for women executives in Switzerland and across Europe.
Known for combining strategic financial expertise with operational leadership, Claudia is focused on advancing sustainable construction, innovation, and circular economy initiatives within the Holcim Group.
Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Economics of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.
