Céline Coimbra is an accomplished executive with 17 years of experience in the construction materials industry. Currently serving as CEO of Holcim Trading & Shipping, she oversees a global team counting 33 different nationalities and manages a business with annual net sales over a $1 billion. Under her leadership, Holcim Trading has tripled its EBIT in three years and reached records in FCF, redefining and executing a strategy focused on people, transparency, performance, sustainability, digitalization, and efficiency. 

Céline’s career spans multiple senior leadership roles at Holcim, including Head of RMX & AGG for Suisse Romande, and strategic positions in Latin and North America. Her expertise in business development, strategy implementation, and performance management has been instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence across diverse markets. 

A Portuguese national, Céline holds a Master’s in Structural Mechanics from the University of Coimbra. She has completed advanced leadership training with prestigious institutions, including INSEAD and Ivey League Business School. Fluent in 4 languages, mother of 2 small children, she is passionate about leading change, fostering innovation, and developing sustainable solutions.
