As one of the few instantly commercially viable routes to greener cement, combining efficiency with decarbonisation, they make the customer choice simple.
But that simplicity rests on real complexity: constrained supply chains, major asset investment and performance variability and a comprehensive understanding of business building and strategic partnerships. Delivering it demands leaders who bridge project, commercial, strategy and operations seamlessly, aligning global supply chains and partners around a new commercial model.
