About the speaker
Alberto Lima Santos is a Business Unit Manager at the SENAI-SP Technological District, responsible for the Advanced Manufacturing and Advanced Digital Technologies verticals. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UNESP and leads R&D projects applied to industry, focusing on product development, industrial processes, automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, electronics, connectivity, additive manufacturing, and subtractive manufacturing.
Leading a multidisciplinary team, he manages initiatives focused on integrating digital technologies and production systems, including monitoring solutions, industrial automation, data analysis, cyber-physical systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies. His work is concentrated on the practical application of these technologies to increase productivity, operational reliability, process efficiency, and industrial competitiveness.
