“Today’s report shows that global action to achieve a safe and healthy planet is more urgent than previously thought,” said report author Lorraine Whitmarsh, Director of the Centre for Climate Change and Social Transformation at Cardiff University. “We are not on track to achieve a climate resilient, sustainable world.
