She is currently the Industrial Performance Manager in Spain, leading strategies to optimize processes, improve key performance indicators, and drive the sustainable transformation of industrial plants. 

Her focus on operational excellence, collaborative leadership, and talent development has been key in change management, integrating new technologies, and cost optimization. She has worked in national and international environments, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and sustainability. 

She holds a Program for Executive Development from IESE Business School, complementing her technical expertise with a strategic business vision. With intuitive leadership, integrity, and strong communication skills, Verónica has established herself as a reference in her field, driving innovation and developing high-performance teams.
