Her focus on operational excellence, collaborative leadership, and talent development has been key in change management, integrating new technologies, and cost optimization. She has worked in national and international environments, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and sustainability.
She holds a Program for Executive Development from IESE Business School, complementing her technical expertise with a strategic business vision.
