Roxana is a sustainability and environmental expert with over two decades of international experience shaping and implementing climate and ESG strategies across the corporate, governmental, and NGO sectors. Currently Environment and Sustainability Director in KPMG in Romania’s Advisory department, Roxana leads advisory projects focused on EU-aligned ESG reporting, climate risk disclosure, and decarbonization planning. With a strong background in environmental compliance, climate policy, and market-based mechanisms, Roxana has helped multinational organizations navigate the transition to carbon neutrality through strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. Roxana holds an Executive MBA and an MSc in Sustainable Development, as well as multiple certifications in sustainability reporting and environmental management.
