Majida Chahine

Majida Chahine is the General Manger of BCL SAL in Lebanon , with more than three decades of professional experience , including extensive experience in the construction materials and ready-mix concrete industry . 

She began her career in 1991 and entered the ready-mix concrete in 1997 , working in an industry traditionally dominated by men . 

Throughout her career , she has held senior responsibilities across construction materials , raw materials and ready-mix concrete operations . 

Since joining BCL , Majida has led the company’s transformation and growth , navigating significant operational and economic challenges while focusing on performance , investment , team development and customer service . 

Her leadership journey has been shaped by resilience , continuous learning and the belief that professional opportunities should be built through competence , determination and results.
