Inspired by “The Club of Rome” and “The Limits of Growth”, Joe studied Process Engineering in Braunschweig / Germany, where he also obtained a Ph.D. degree. After working several years in different management positions within UK-based Babcock International Group and at Claudius Peters AG, he founded in 1997 OneStone Consulting, which is now located in Varna at the Black Sea.
Dr.-Ing. Joe Harder has two children, a German passport and decided for free movement within the European Union.
