Jenessa leads sustainability and innovation strategy for the Great Lakes Division of CRH Americas, the leading provider of building materials solutions that build, connect and improve our world.

With more than 15 years of experience in strategy and business development across North America and Europe, Jenessa has built a career intersecting construction advancement, sustainable solutions, and commercial growth. Her background spans the built environment, including both building products and materials, where she has led key strategic projects, business partnerships, acquisitions, and the advancement and adoption of emerging technology and sustainable practices.

In addition to her role, Jenessa currently chairs CRH Americas Sustainability Steering Committee, serves on CRH’s Innovation Council and Culture and Engagement Council, leads the Great Lakes Division Sustainability & Innovation Council, and is the founder and Chair of EVERGREEN a Women’s Employee Resource Group. She is dedicated to identifying and scaling new opportunities for growth, shaping organizational culture, and driving transformation. Her approach consistently emphasizes people development, continuous improvement, market expansion, and customer-centric solutions throughout the construction value chain.

Jenessa holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and certifications in negotiations, project management, and Six Sigma. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing insights on transformational leadership, advancements in construction, and emerging industry trends.
