Diana Halawi Ghosn is an accomplished Industrial Engineering and Management professional with over 18 years of strategic leadership in manufacturing, health and safety, and project execution. Currently serving as Health & Safety Group Manager at Secil Group in Lisbon, Portugal, Diana has consistently delivered transformative results in multinational industrial environments, blending technical expertise with visionary leadership.

Her career encompasses pivotal roles in safety management, maintenance planning, and project coordination across the cement, construction, and pipe manufacturing sectors. At Sibline—part of the Secil International Group—she successfully led both the Health, Safety & Environment Department and the Maintenance Planning Unit, implementing robust systems including SAP PM/MM modules, ISO standards, and comprehensive risk assessment strategies that enhanced operational reliability and safety culture.

Diana’s forward-thinking approach is further exemplified through her contributions to strategic initiatives such as the ESG+E Committee and the Secil Return Program, where she championed cross-functional integration, sustainability, and alignment with organizational vision. Her dedication to continuous learning is reflected in certifications from leading global institutions, including the University of Cambridge, Google, and Bureau Veritas.

Fluent in English and Arabic, with growing proficiency in French and Portuguese, Diana brings a multicultural and inclusive leadership style to every role. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Management at Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) in Spain, reinforcing her commitment to academic and professional excellence.
