Chris Davies is Director of CCS Europe. A former member of both the British and the European Parliaments. He has been an advocate for carbon capture deployment since 2008, when he steered the CCS Directive through the Parliament. At that time he also introduced the financial mechanism which now supports the Innovation Fund, the EU’s largest provider of support for low carbon technologies.
