CarbonZero Global Conference and Exhibition 2024 (October 10-11) welcomes Mr. Abdulhamit Akçay’s presentation Overview of the Turkish Cement Sector from Past to the Future to focus on the current state of cement exports, cement production and consumption in Turkey, along with its strategic location and the sustainability road map in the Turkish cement industry.
Abdulhamit Akçay has been a part of Nuh Cement Inc. for the last 19 years and serving as the International Sales&Marketing and Port Director since 2014. Having played an important role in the development of Turkish cement export to the world market over the last two decades, Mr. Akçay served in the supervisory board of Turkish Cement from 2017 to 2021 and has been continuing his role as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Cement, Glass, Ceramics, and Soil Products Exporters’ Association since April 2022.
