Ahsan Anis is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Power Cement Limited Pakistan where he has been leading the company’s transformation toward greater efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. Since taking on the role in 2021, he has overseen all key areas of the business — from operations and sales to people and digital systems — with a focus on building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

He is deeply passionate about innovation in manufacturing and the transition toward low-carbon production. Under his leadership, Power Cement has taken bold steps in alternative fuels, renewable energy, and waste-heat recovery, positioning itself among the most progressive cement companies in the region.
Mahendra SinghiMember of the Board of Directors and Strategic Advisor, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) India, Board Member Global Cement and Construction Association (GCCA) is a visionary leader with over 44 years of transformative experience in the industry, whose career is marked by a relentless pursuit of operational excellence, industry-wide transformation, and sustainable innovation. A distinguished science and law graduate and Chartered Accountant (secured 21st Rank) with membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he has led leading organizations in cement sector, such as Shree Cement and Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd., driving initiatives that have redefined low-carbon operations and set ambitious targets—most notably, positioning Dalmia Cement to achieve carbon negativity by 2040.
Maged Moustafa is the Chief Operation Officer at Arabian Cement Company with +20 years of progressive and intensive/extensive work experience in the cement industry. Maged is a chemical engineer graduated from Cairo university, he has been working in well-established multinational organisations in different roles in the cement industry starting from process optimization, operation and production management, participating in designing, installation and commissioning of greenfield projects as well as upgrade projects in Egypt as well as in the North Africa region. Maged has more than 13 years hands-on experience in AF operation in several cement plants with different alternative fuels systems and types
