ABCs of Carbon Reduction Roadmap

Alternative fuels and blended cements are key strategies for significantly reducing carbon emissions in cement production. For nearly two decades, Dynamis’ advancements in calcined clay technology have addressed critical technical challenges and enabled much of the progress achieved to date. Join us at Cementitious Materials Congress Americas 2026 – William Ciro, US representative of Dynamis (Loesche family) will be presenting the ABCs of Carbon Reduction Roadmap.

Today, Dynamis continues to lead in sustainable cement production with innovations such as:

DGasifier: Originally developed for petcoke, now capable of enabling up to 90% alternative fuel substitution in calcined clay lines—delivering immediate cost and carbon reductions.

Color Control Technology: A breakthrough solution that allows the use of ironcontaminated clays without affecting cement color, opening access to a broader range of raw materials.

Advanced Grate Cooler Upgrades: Enhancements that significantly increase thermal efficiency, improving overall system performance and reducing emissions.

Nextgeneration Gas Cleaning Systems: Engineered to address the economic and environmental challenges associated with calcined clay production and kiln retrofits.

Dynamis is helping shape the future of lowcarbon cement manufacturing.
