
Ebru Sipahioğlu is the CTO of Limak Cement Group, with over 28 years in the cement industry. She holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Inönü University. Beginning her career as a Laboratory Engineer, she advanced to lead quality control and R&D before becoming CTO in 2021. She leads innovation and sustainability efforts, including establishing Limak’s R&D Center focused on low-carbon products and digital transformation. She champions recycling construction waste to reduce environmental impact. As a female engineer, she advocates for women’s greater involvement in the sector, driving diversity and industry advancement.
