Fatima Tekin, a graduate of Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Meteorological Engineering and Climate Science, began her career as a data analyst specializing in ArcGIS. She then worked at Anadolu Insurance as a Risk Engineer. In 2022, she assumed responsibility for Corporate Risk and Insurance Management at CİMSA Cement. She currently leads Global Risk and Business Continuity Operations for OYAK Cement and CIMPOR, covering operations across Turkey, Portugal, Romania, and Africa. 

She holds the Certified Risk Professional title, accredited at an international level by the Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA). 

As of 2025, Fatima also serves as an Alternate Board Member of the Turkish Enterprise Risk Management Association (KRYD).
