Started his career working in the Iron & Steel industries for the companies Sheffield Forgemasters & British Rollmakers China (BRC), working in various production, technical & commercial roles.

Moved to Hong Kong in 2005, as a Worldwide Technical liaison Engineer for BRC, responsible for pre & post sales activities within the metallurgical Industries, before joining Refratechnik Asia (Hong Kong) as a technical sales manager responsible for the markets of South-East Asia & Australasia.

Subsequently moved to Germany in 2015 as an Area Sales Manager for Refratechnik Cement GmbH, responsible for developing & managing cement & lime refractory markets, before relocating to the UK in 2019.

Andrew holds a HND in Metallurgical Engineering and an MBA from Henley business school.
