As Director of Public Procurement for local authorities, Head of Legal Affairs and Innovation Procurement for a central purchasing body in the health sector, Head of the Innovation and SMEs Unit at the French State Procurement Directorate, and Policy Officer for Innovation and Sustainable Public Procurement at the European Commission, she has led transformative initiatives that have shaped procurement strategies across Europe.

By aligning procurement processes with organizational objectives, she helps clients achieve impactful, sustainable outcomes while navigating digital and environmental transitions.
